Shipping Policy 


Thank you for shopping with Bryony Allman Books.
This Shipping Policy explains how we pack, post, and deliver your items.

 

📦 How We Ship

All orders are sent from the United Kingdom via:

 

🇬🇧 Royal Mail 1st Class (Standard)

This is our default shipping method for all products.

  • Delivers in 1–3 working days (Royal Mail estimate)

  • Not tracked

  • Delivered through your letterbox where possible

We may occasionally use Royal Mail 2nd Class or another courier if needed (e.g., large parcels, strikes, or seasonal delays), but this will not increase your shipping cost.

 

📍 Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 1–3 working days

  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man: 2–5 working days

  • International orders: Coming soon (not currently available)

Please note:
Delivery times may vary due to weekends, bank holidays, severe weather, or Royal Mail delays.

 

⏳ Processing Time

All orders are usually dispatched within:

1–3 working days

During busy periods (launch weeks, Christmas, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 

🎁 Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order:

  • The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order ships together once the pre-order item is ready, unless stated otherwise.

💌 Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries.
    (Royal Mail may occasionally take longer.)

After 7 working days, contact us at:

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

📮 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We cannot be responsible for lost items.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it (additional postage fee may apply).

 

📦 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damage

We will happily arrange a replacement.

 

🛍 Packaging

We use secure, protective packaging to keep your books and products safe during delivery.
Where possible, we use eco-friendly materials.
