Dragglepuff Monthly Memory Challenge – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

 

This competition is run by Bryony Allman Books, United Kingdom.

 

2. How to Enter

 

To enter, play the Dragglepuff Matching Game on our website, complete the game, and submit your name and email address when prompted. You will automatically be added to the leaderboard for the current month.

 

3. Eligibility

 

Open to UK residents only.

 

Children may play the game, but a parent or guardian must submit the email address on their behalf.

 

One entry per person per game completion.

 

No purchase necessary.

 

 

4. Competition Period

 

Each competition runs for a full calendar month (1st–last day).

 

The leaderboard resets at 00:01 on the 1st of each month.

 

 

5. Winner Selection

 

The winner is the player with the fastest verified completion time on the leaderboard at 23:59 on the final day of the month.

 

Times that appear to be unrealistic, technically glitched, manipulated, or the result of cheating may be removed at the promoter’s discretion.

 

The promoter’s decision is final.

 

 

6. Prize

 

The prize is one free copy of “The Dragglepuffs and the Lost Colours” (paperback).

 

No cash alternative will be offered.

 

The prize is non-transferable.

 

 

7. How Winners Are Contacted

 

The winner will be contacted within 7 days using the email address provided.

 

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected based on the next fastest time.

 

 

8. Personal Data

 

We only use the data (name + email) to operate this monthly competition and to contact winners.

 

Personal information will NOT be sold or shared with third parties.

 

Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

9. Fair Play

 

To keep the challenge fun and fair for everyone:

 

Automated entries, scripts, macros, or unfair manipulation are not allowed.

 

Attempts to exploit the game (refreshing flip animations, altering browser speed, cheating extensions, etc.) may result in removal from the leaderboard.

 

The promoter may delete any suspicious times.

 

 

10. Promoter’s Rights

 

We may amend or cancel the competition at any time if necessary.

 

We may announce the winner’s first name and initial on the website (e.g., “Remy P.”).

 

All decisions related to the running of the competition are final.

By entering your name and email after completing the game, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
