What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or ready to ship. This helps us reserve your copy and ensure you receive it as soon as stock arrives.

 

Payment

All pre-orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.
Your payment secures your reserved copy.

 

Estimated Dispatch Dates

Each product page will include an estimated dispatch date.
Please note:

• These dates are estimates, not guarantees.

• If there are any delays in printing or delivery, we will inform you by email.

 

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.
If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please order them separately.

 

Shipping

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and UK/International location.

 

Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel or amend your pre-order anytime before dispatch by contacting us at:

Refunds

If you change your mind before the order is shipped, we are happy to provide a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy applies.
